International Green Week and Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA), 15 – 17 January, 2015, Berlin, Germany

Officially nominated delegates from SWG member country/institution will participate at the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) – an international conference that focuses on central questions concerning the future of the global agro-food industry and is traditionally being held for 6 years during the International Green Week (IGW) Fair in Berlin.

The main focus of the 2015 Global Forum for Food and Agriculture is on “The growing demand for food, raw materials and energy: opportunities for agriculture, challenges for food security?”

The activities of the Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in SEE will be presented at the Cooperation Market which is traditionally being organized within the International Green Week Fair and the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA).

The world’s biggest fair for food, agriculture and horticulture – the International Green Week Berlin (IGW) will be organized for the 80th time in the period from 16th to 25th of January 2015, while the GFFA will be held during IGW and will be taking place in its current shape for the sixth time.

SWG will be presented with a small stand and promotional materials together with a number of international organizations and institutions on 17th January 2015 in CityCube Berlin.
