Online Workshop on Agricultural Research and Knowledge Transfer in WB countries, 23-24 November, 2020
The first Workshop on Agricultural Research and Knowledge Transfer in Western Balkan countries was organized by DG AGRI of the European Commission and SWG. It gathered representatives from research and education institutions, advisory and extension services, private and public sector from the Western Balkans and beyond.
123 participants attended the workshops from private, public and civil sector out which 30 from Serbia, 33 from Montenegro, 17 from Bosnia and Herzegovina, 17 from Kosovo*, 13 from Albania and 13 from North Macedonia. SWG will provide technical support in the coming period for selected proposals for development of sustainable innovative tourism products.
Social media campaign has been created for 27 participant from Serbia, Montenegro and B&H from the Facebook ad manager. The goal of the most campaigns was to generate more messages to the page owner, while some participants had the goal to attract more visitors to their page or website.

The workshops were organized for the private sector and value chain operators in the field of rural tourism and production of traditional products, with the aim of introducing users to the basics of promotion on social networks but also to provide online support through consulting and paid promotional campaign.
