Based on the negotiations training workshop organized in the period 6-11 June 2010 in Mokra Gora-Serbia, the Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group in cooperation with InWEnt- International Capacity Building organized a second training on Negotiations- Accession to the European Union in the Field of Agriculture and Rural Development. The training was held in the period 19th – 24th September, 2010 in Durres, Albania. The arrival of the participants was on September 19th and the departure was on September 24th, 2010
