Support to small value chain operators in rural tourism-Culinary training for participants from the Cross-Border region of Drina-Tara and Drina-Sava

Representatives of stakeholders from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina guided by the experience and practice of the Tourist households “Konak Misic” from Trsic and certified chef had the opportunity to exchange their experience, to promote their traditional products and to improve knowledge, cooking and food preparation skills through the lectures with the practical presentations.

The activity is part of the project” Diversification of economic activities in rural areas of Southeast Europe: value chain investment support and capacity building” implemented by SWG RRD in partnership with GIZ.
