Customer relations training aimed at presenting the modern market approach, modern customers' behavior and needs and the importance of building the relationship with the customers as well as retaining them.

Within the two-day training nineteen participants had an opportunity to learn more about using digital sales channels/Booking, Airbnb, TripAdvisor. Also, they learned to create, improve and present the good and not so good examples of booking profiles.

Participants on the training enjoyed preparing traditional Albanian recipes, like spinach pie, pispili and trofta fish, and learned “cooking secrets” for the great traditional taste, from the experienced chef of Hotel “Perla”. This workshop helped stakeholders to learn more on safety standards, rural offer, and presentation of food in rural facilities.

Two-day  training “Upgrading of food and beverage presentation in rural tourism facilities”  was held in Hotel Park Karaotok in Hutovo Blato, Bosnia & Herzegovina in a period 26-28 April, 2023. The main goal of the training was to teach the importance of the presentation of food and upgrading services in tourism.

The Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group in South Eastern Euro and Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (CIHEAM IAMC) have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation in the Area of Agriculture, Rural and Economic Development, Environmental Protection and Food Safety.

The representatives from the Managing Authorities from the Western Balkan IPARD countries have the opportunity to exchange on Croatian experience challenges and successful practices with regards to Rural infrastructure measure from preparation to accreditation and implementation which will reflect on the perspective of the WB countries.
