Capacity building Using digital sales channels

Within the two-day training nineteen participants had an opportunity to learn more about using digital sales channels/Booking, Airbnb, TripAdvisor. Also, they learned to create, improve and present the good and not so good examples of booking profiles.

Participants on the training enjoyed preparing traditional Albanian recipes, like spinach pie, pispili and trofta fish, and learned “cooking secrets” for the great traditional taste, from the experienced chef of Hotel “Perla”. This workshop helped stakeholders to learn more on safety standards, rural offer, and presentation of food in rural facilities.

Upgrading of food and beverage presentation in rural tourism facilities, Hutovo Blato, B&H

Two-day  training “Upgrading of food and beverage presentation in rural tourism facilities”  was held in Hotel Park Karaotok in Hutovo Blato, Bosnia & Herzegovina in a period 26-28 April, 2023. The main goal of the training was to teach the importance of the presentation of food and upgrading services in tourism.
