The seminar “Energy for Rural Areas – new chances and challenges” is part of the ongoing InWEnt capacity building sequence on “EU-integration of Rural Economic Areas” aiming to strengthen local and regional specialists, executives and decision-makers in their capacities and skills to manage and coordinate sustainable development activities through mobilizing regional potentials and resources.

Multi-Country Seminar: “Establishment of the IPARD operating structures”, 28th -29th April 2010, Albania

The seminar was the first in the training sequence of the multi-country TAIEX seminars focused on IPARD operating structures. Experiences and lessons learned regarding the IPA structure, bodies and authorities for implementing the IPARD programme were presented to the representatives of the Ministries of agriculture from the EU candidate and potential candidate countries.
