IPARD

The representatives from the Managing Authorities from the Western Balkan IPARD countries have the opportunity to exchange on Croatian experience challenges and successful practices with regards to Rural infrastructure measure from preparation to accreditation and implementation which will reflect on the perspective of the WB countries.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Srpska requested technical assistance from the SWG to assist at the expert level in development of the IPARD operational structure model, assessment of its compliance with the requirements of the European Union.

The 3rd IPARD implementing workshop is organized jointly by the Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group in South Eastern Europe (SWG) in a cooperation with European Commission, DG for Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI) and supported by GIZ.

The focus of video conference is on the preparations for IPARD III elaborating the Measure Fishes related to Measure 1, Measure 3, Measure 7 and Measure 9, Programming Guidelines Section and addressing some issues with regards to the proposed Forestry Measure.
