Through practical work–cooking classes, participants had the opportunity to work with professional chefs and sommeliers upgrading their knowledge of preparing and paring food with rakija and wine.

Within the two-day training seventeen participants had an opportunity to learn more about guide for the current legislation and administrative procedures in rural tourism in North Macedonia, added values, storytelling, paring food and beverage, safety standards of preparing food, calculation of meals/food/normative.
