People to People

People-to-people (P2P) event/action is a tool for strengthening the networking, cooperation, promotion of the cross-border regions and their cultural, traditional, natural heritage. The event/action is enabling the economic potential, both in terms of products and services, as well as for further development of the cross-border regions. Organization of regional manifestations, events, round table discussions, and trade fairs enabling local stakeholders to present offer from their respective areas and provides an excellent model for creation of sustainable partnership for other open calls in the cross-border regions. This has result in an increased sense of joint identity and networking in the cross-border regions.

The 15km long hiking trail started in Visegradska Banja, and led through the village of Dubova, the top of Crvena Stijena and the village of Jelasci, to the picnic area in Visegradska Banja, Visegrad, B&H where a joint lunch in nature was organized for the participants.

Sinjavina Marathon, Kolasin-Zabljak, Montenegro, 27-28 March, 2021

The Sinjavina Marathon event consists of crossing the Sinjavina Mountain from Gornje Lipovo, Kolašin to Žabljak, Kolašin-Vratlo-Provalija-Žabljak in the length of about 35 km.

The First Winter Marathon organized in Niskic, Montenegro 20-21 February, 2021

The aim of this event is to promote the potentials and the beauty of Mountains Krnovo and Lukavica, to develop sustainable tourism for the local community creating new tourist product in the winter season.

Traditional food from Herzegovina presented in a creative and modern way

As part of the project “Virtual journey through the ancestors' traces" two-day workshop was organized during January in Trebinje, Republic of Srpska, B&H  with the aim to present the importance to use local food and dishes in modern gastronomy and to animate young people to present food heritage in a creative and modern way.

Children’s Book Dormouse George’s World of Wonders presented in North Macedonia

Promotion of the ecological book for children by Montenegrin writer Žarko Vučinić "Dormouse George's World of Wonders ", published in Macedonian language was held at the elementary schools "Kočo Racin" in Prilep and "Braka Miladinovci" in the village of Zvan, Demir Hisar, North Macedonia.

Agricultural Cluster of Herzegovina - Old Herzegovina and Slow Food Trebinje, Herzegovina in cooperation with the Museum of Herzegovina, Cinema-Photo Club Trebinje, and the Public Institution Center of Secondary Schools Trebinje, organized promotion of the project “Virtual journey through the ancestors' traces” at the Green Market in Trebinje, B&H.
