The COVID_19 pandemic has affected the operations and decreased visits in the Western Balkan region. But, with the new equipment and promotional activities, it is expected to improve income and promote the services better and attract visitors to sustain/recover operations.

Selected beneficiaries are service providers that jointly offer 8 regional cross-border adventure, rural and ecotourism tours in the Western Balkans countries/territories of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. These tours were selected out of 29 received tour proposals based on the criteria of quality and country/territory representation. The technical support within the project will include customized trainings and joint promotional activities.
