Realized Projects Activities

The outbreak of COVID-19 has significantly affected all aspects of agriculture across Europe. In the current crisis triggered by the outbreak of the virus, SWG in cooperation with GFA Consulting group, IAK and the Federal German Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) is organizing a video conference of the Regional Expert Advisory Working Group on Wine.

The purpose of the interim meeting was to discuss the interim report, as well as the technical details for performing the survey and conducting the analysis. The project is implemented by SWG and financed by JRC.

The Final Meeting of the REAWG on EC-RT gathered experts and relevant ministries’ representatives to discuss the final results of the work of the REAWG and future steps.

The kick-off meeting for the project “Study of best practices and potential of participation of the smallholders in the short value chains in the Western Balkans region and Turkey” gathered 15 participants who will be directly involved in implementation of the project activities.

The kick-off meeting for the project “Study on the research, innovation and technology transfer capacities and on the recent agricultural policy developments in the context of the EU approximation process in the pre-accession countries (ARAPD)” gathered 27 participants including experts and relevant ministries’ representatives.

The First Interim Meeting of the Regional Expert Advisory Working Group (REAWG) on Economic Diversification through Rural Tourism gathered experts and relevant ministries’ representatives to discuss the progress of the work of the REAWG and future steps.
