The primary activity of the Agriculture household Vladimir Bojovic is production and sale of raw fish. The ponds are located on Zlatibor mountain in the village Ljubis , Municipality of Cajetina, Serbia. This farm is breeding and selling trout to companies and restaurants on Zlatibor Mountain and all other interested visitors .
The fish pond was privatized and new owner -Agriculture household Bojovic cleaned all ponds and partly reconstruct the facility.
Grant supported reconstruction of the processing facility (procurement and installment of front and interior doors) and procurement and installment of equipment for fish processing. The trout fish is now processed and sold directly to tourist which will create added value for this household but also enriched tourist offer of this part of Zlatibor.
The investment is part of the Project: “Diversification of economic activities in rural areas of Southeast Europe through value chain development” implemented by SWG RRD in partnership with GIZ.
