Mr. Boban Ilic, SWG Secretary General and Mr. Tilman Reinhardt, Project Manager, GFA Consulting Group, General Agent of the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) officially signed the Contract for the new Project “Agricultural Policy Dialogue Germany – Western Balkans”, 29 June, 2021, SWG Secretariat, Skopje, North Macedonia
Project objective: Strengthen policy framework for agriculture and rural development in the Western Balkans regarding implementation of the EU Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and alignment with the CAP 2021-2027
Expected results:
📌 Strengthen regional cooperation on legal harmonization and marketing development in the wine sector has been strengthen in line with the EU Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and the CAP 2021-2027
📌 Strengthen regional cooperation on rural development measures in the line with the EU Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and the CAP 2021-2027
📌Strengthen knowledge and innovation structures in the Western Balkans has been strengthen as the basis of a regional agriculture knowledge and innovation system (AKIS) in order to promote innovation in agriculture and other agri-food products and services.
