Training started with presentation of SWG and current activities within the Western Balkans as well as main goals of the training. Trainers presented topics related to structure and organization of the manifestation events , impact to cultural development of the community and volunteerism and local community activism. Participants had chance to work in the groups and discus issues related to organizing, fund raising, engagement of volunteers and involvement of local community as well.
Participants discussed on economic aspects and benefits to local tourism development. Specific focus was on media promotion tools such are campaigns, targeting specific visitor groups and public relation in general.
