Within European Commission funded project “Preparation for implementation of the Area Based Development (ABD) Approach in the Western Balkans – 2nd phase”, “Drina – Sava” PMU and Tourism Organization – City of Loznica will organize the “Honey Fair” which will be held on 27th and 28th September 2014 in Loznica, Serbia.
This event will gather regional tourism associations that will contribute to boosting of the economic development in the region and its rural population. It will also promote the natural, cultural and traditional values, as well as the tourism potential of the cross-border region “Drina-Sava”. The event will provide direct support to small and medium size honey producers in the region of “Drina-Sava”, respectively by promotion of the local honey and agro-food value chains.
